Bookings

Bookings are made and confirmed via email

 

Invoices & Payments

• Invoices will be issued upon booking your session/course

• Payment is due in full at least 12hrs prior to your initial consultation / first session

• If payment is not received at least 12hrs prior to initial consultation / first session, this will be considered a cancellation of your booking entirely

Frequency & Duration of Sessions

All sessions & consultations have a duration of 55-60minutes unless otherwise agreed

Booking The Sessions

• Sessions can be booked as singular sessions or blocks of 6x sessions

• 6x session blocks are valid for 6 months from time of purchase

• Sessions can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your goals and availability

• Standard terms & conditions for cancellations / rescheduling apply (see below)

Cancellations

If you need to cancel:

• a minimum of 4hrs notice is required and you will be offered the option of rescheduling your session

• cancellations made less than 4hrs prior to the commencement of the session will not be rescheduled or offered refunds for the lost session

If I need to cancel:

• You will be given as much notice as possible with a minimum of 4hrs notice and offered the option of rescheduling your session

If sessions need to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond control - i.e weather, emergency health situations etc

• You will be offered the option of rescheduling

Rebooking

• For blocks of sessions: when your block has ended, you slot will be kept open for a period of 14 days to allow for rebooking within the loyalty period (see below). After 14 days, your slot may be offered out publicly for booking

Discounts & Loyalty Schemes

Loyalty Discount

• A 10% discount will be added to all sessions / courses booked and paid for within 14 days of the previous session / final session of the previous course

• Bookings made 14 days or longer after the previous session / course will revert to full price at the prevailing rate
